At Peartree Housing, we are focussed and dedicated in providing temporary accommodation for the homeless. We house vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues and substance misuse related disorders. As a company we are committed in supporting individuals and neighbourhoods, listening to our clients and delivering excellence in performance and service delivery.

We provide a floating support service for our users to help them live as independently as possible. We support with life skills and providing advice to them to take the relevant steps and move forward. Individual support plans are used to help identify the service users needs in order to achieve their goals and ambitions.

  • Provide a person centred service which promotes and supports independence, dignity, individual rights and choice within a personal and practical support service.
  • To promote and improve quality of life for individuals. Our service is tailored to meed the individual requirements of the service user to maintain maximum quality of life and normality in their own home environment.
  • To provide high quality and well maintained housing.
  • Ensure our workforce receive regular training, supervision and guidance in order to develop their skills and confidence within the role.
